This has also been one of the reasons to experience more and more organizations talk about their commitments and activities toward gender diversity & inclusion. Ensuring a gender diverse workforce is not just fairbut also, for companies, a matter of attracting the best talent from the total available workforce of the country, at least half of whom are women. There is also considerable economic value at stake for companies and nations that embrace gender diversity and have an inclusive workforce.
CII has instituted an Award for Gender Diversity & Inclusion, to recognize the outstanding initiatives and strategies of organizations that attempt to create the right opportunities for women employees.
